Directly after cleansing, soak a cotton pad and swipe over your face and neck.

If using an atomizer, ensure your eyes are closed, hold the bottle several inches away, and mist onto your face and neck.

Allow toner to absorb for a few minutes, then gently pat off any excess. Follow with serum and moisturizer.
